Guildlines for oral presentations
Speakers are kindly requested to provide their PC-formatted USB keys, preferably PowerPoint presentations, to the staff in the lecture hall, preferably the day before or at least two hours prior to the presentation (not applicable for speakers on Monday or Monday morning).
The lecture room is equipped with data projection equipment. File format: Microsoft Power Point or Adobe Acrobat formatted for Windows (PC). Preferred format 16:9. (Preferred Resolution: XGA (1024 x 768))
The presentation time is 10 minutes + 5 minutes for questions, in total 15 minutes.

Guildlines for poster presentations
There will be no organised poster walks, the poster exhibition area will be visited individually during the breaks.
We encourage you to be available at your poster during these breaks on Monday and Tuesday.
The size of your poster should be max 90 cm wide and 120 cm high (portrait oriented). Please use letters large enough to be read from a distance of 1.5 m at least. Your poster should be displayed for the duration of the conference.
Time for mounting the poster
Sunday June 19th 17.00-19.00
Monday June 20th 07.00–12.30
Material for mounting the poster will be provided on site.
Your poster screen will be indicated with your poster number.
Wednesday June 23rd 11.00-15.00
All posters left in the conference centre thereafter will be discarded.
